**Duties include**:
- Use of Salesforce system
- Logging jobs
- Interact with the team for any queries
- Liaising directly with contractors
- Speaking to customers and answering calls
- Data entry
- Typing of correspondence
- General administrative support
- Working within a busy environment
- Use of end to end system
- Sending quotations to customers
- Allocating jobs to Engineers
**Skills/Experience**
- Experience of Salesforce a big advantage
- Admin support experience required
- IT literate including Microsoft Office
- Ability to think on your feet
- Must be confident and able to work on own initiative
- Aftersales Admin experience beneficial
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hoddesdon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
