Residential Management Group (RMG) has an exciting opportunity for an **experienced Administrator **to support our Utilities Team to undertake the investigation and resolution of utility disconnections and reminders.

**You’ll be based at our Hoddesdon Office (EN11 ODR), working 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday**

**What are some of the tasks you’ll be doing as an Administrator in our Utilities Team?**
- Investigate and resolve queries regarding disconnection of utility supplies
- Processing/investigating and resolving utility reminders
- Reconciliation of utility statements
- Weekly reporting with major utility suppliers
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers

**What skills and experience will you need?**
- Previous administration support experience
- Excel and data manipulation skills
- Highly organised and a confident problem solver
- Demonstrate a consistent, high level of customer service both internal and external
- Effectively organise your own workload, whilst working to personal and team deadlines
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally
- Able to use Microsoft (Outlook, Excel and Word) to intermediate level
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
