I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join my client in Aldridge on a permanent basis. You will be joining a great business, located in a fantastic area and joining a dynamic, passionate team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow the customer journey, including updating the customer with order updates- Improve current processes accordingly- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information- Keep records of customer interactions- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support- Inputting of data and photographs into the system**Requirements**:

- Proven customer service experience- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Must have excellent attention to detail as this is a crucial element- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Strong organizational and administrative skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
