The Best Connection is recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator/ Order processor, Based in the WS2 area to support the Company in the processing of orders and quotes for doors and windows to help with the main daily administrative tasks in an office setting.

**Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.**

**Pay rate £23,000 annually, 37.5 hours per week.**
- ** Experience within the window/door industry is Essential**:

- Administration and Order processing/customer service
- Good communication skills.
- knowledge of computer systems; **Word excel and outlook**:

- being able to work in a fast paced environment
- being able to work within a team

**Main Duties include;**
- Processing orders and quotes into Evolution software
- Using both Evolution and Evonet together to sustain stable production levels.
- To keep errors to a minimum and process jobs correctly to avoid excess waste/costs.
- Liaising with customers regarding any orders/ queries
- Organising the delivery schedule
- Work extra hours to meet deadlines, as required and where reasonable.
- Provide assistance to the Office Manager / Directors as required
- Ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers.
