**Temporary Administration Assistant - Maternity Cover**
An opportunity has become available for an Administration Assistant on a Temporary Contract to cover Maternity leave.
Duties to include:
- Reception duties
- Scanning and archiving
- Mobile phone contract
- Ingoing and Outgoing Mail
- Assistance with HR Admin
- Admin cover throughout the company where required
Applicants should ideally have a proven background in administration. Must have a confident telephone manner, excellent IT skills, be able to work as part of a team and be able to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy.
This is a very varied role and is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of administration.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
