FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Assistant based in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire.

This is a Permanent position, working Full Time Hours of 37.5 per week, and is fully office-based.

Main duties include:

- Receiving purchase invoices, matching them to POs and Goods Received Notes, then processing them on the system.
- Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
- Preparing the payment run every month.
- Support with any other related finance or admin tasks as needed
- Demonstrable experience within a Finance/Accounts role, preferably focusing on Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable
- Ability to work cooperatively within a small, close-knit team
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, with a keen attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Accounts payable / purchase ledger: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Stonehaven, AB39 2BW (preferred)
