Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Business Administrator to join our client based in the Stonehaven area. This is a full time, permanent role and offers a competitive salary and the chance to work with an established businesswho are leaders in their field.
This is an office based position where you will work 39 hours each week, Monday to Friday.
You will be working in a busy and fast paced office so must be a natural organiser with previous administration experience. Your duties will include:

- Answering the telephone and fulfilling reception duties.
- Filing records and photocopying material, as required.
- General typing and data entry
- Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Checking purchase invoices
- Processing purchase and sales ledgers.
- Ensuring data is delivered and processed within agreed time schedules.
- Identifying any data errors and working proactively to resolve any issues
- Delivering and processing data, meeting quality control requirements
- Providing administrative support and assistance to the wider team

You will have worked in a similar role and will be familiar with administrative processes. You must be able to work accurately and efficiently and within agreed timescales. You will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. A working knowledgeof Navision would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
