Role: Mobile Maintenance Assistant
Oncall Duties: 1/8
Contract: 40 hours per week, 8am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: competitive upto £25,000 per annum approx
JOB DESCRIPTION
Company van and fuel card
33 days annual holidays, including bank holidays

The Key Responsibilities:
Conducting general PPM tasks as outlined in the contract specifications.
Performing electrical maintenance duties, including PAT testing and emergencylighting inspections.
Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks on commercial properties,ensuring they are in excellent condition.
Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVACsystems, and general building maintenance.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including completed work orders,materials used, and time spent on each task.
Collaborate with property managers and contractors to coordinate larger repairprojects and ensure timely completion.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in commercial property maintenance or a related field ispreferred.
Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise and manage multipletasks.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interactprofessionally with tenants and team members.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to workindependently as well as part of a team.
