**Parts Advisor**

**Background**

As a Parts Advisor, you will assist in the day to day running of the Parts Department. You will sell to Industrial businesses; whether they be existing, lapsed, or new customers, where you will use your skills to identify and satisfy customer equipment requirementsfor parts across our full range of machines for repair, service or maintenance

The role will entail serving customers at our Parts Counter, By Telephone, by E-Mail and our Busy Workshop along with our Field Engineers, Ordering & Issuing parts as well as general stores duties including Receipt & Despatch of Goods, Maintaining StockLevels, use of various parts systems and placing orders with suppliers.

**Responsibilities**
- Looking up and identifying parts
- Ensuring customer collections and dispatches are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Promoting and pro-actively selling parts to meet customer needs
- Being involved in proactive telemarketing campaigns
- Working with the Service and Sales teams to supply parts as required
- Loading and unloading the deliveries
- Picking, packing, and putting away stock
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers
- Inventory management, invoicing, and other admin tasks

**Skills and Experience**
- Parts experience within the plant/agricultural industry, car industry or similar
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work well in a busy environment
- The ability to get on with all different types of people in a fast-paced environment
- A good understanding of the importance of excellent customer service and building rapport with customers
- Attention to detail
- Flexible and positive attitude with an outgoing approach to work
- Friendly and approachable manner so you can assist internal and external customers
