An opportunity has arisen for an office administrator to join our client in Ilkeston
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative support for both Sales and Purchase ledger. Must be able to work to deadlines, follow instruction and have a good knowledge of Excel.
**Duties**:
- Checking and inputting sales and purchase invoices
- Cover reception when needed
- Booking in deliveries
- Answering telephone calls
- General filing and office duties as required
**Hours of work**: 7.00am to 3.30pm Monday to Thursday, 7.00am to 2.15pm Friday
**Salary**: £22,000
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
