We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Challenge-TRG Recruitment Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting onsite recruitment, processing weekly and monthly payroll, and providing administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with onsite recruitment and candidate selection
  • Process weekly payroll every Monday and monthly payroll ahead of the required deadline
  • Provide administrative support, including notetaking and producing letters
  • Produce relevant letters regarding colleagues, such as change letters and meeting attendance requirements
  • Answer general employee enquiries about HR and payroll queries and concerns

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Good level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adhere to and uphold strict health and safety standards
  • Ideal candidate will have own transport, as the bus service is limited in the area
  • Must be 18 years or older and have a legal status to work in the UK
