We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time HR/Payroll Administrator in West Hallam Ilkeston, DE7 6HE
**Immediate start available**
Your pay rate as a full time HR/Payroll Administrator:
You will be paid £11.44 per hour
Typical working hours as a full time HR/Payroll Administrator:
You will be working on fixed shift Monday to Friday from 08:00am to 16:30pm.
Your role as a HR/Payroll Administrator:
- Support with onsite recruitment
- Process Weekly Payroll every Monday ahead of the 12pm deadline and process Monthly Payroll ahead of the required deadline
- Support with notetaking, producing letters
- Produce relevant letters regarding colleagues such as change letters, meeting attendance requirement
- Answer any general employee enquiries about HR and Payroll queries/concerns
What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to learn.
- Good level of communication
- Can adhere to and uphold strict Health and Safety standards
- Ideally own transport as the bus service is limited in the area
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must already have and hold a legal status to work in the UK
