Sterling Personnel are currently looking for an Administrator to join our client based in Ilkeston.
Here you'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of administration tasks and providing excellent service to the customers.
You will assist in the preparation and management of documentation, ensure effective programming of work to meet customer and company timescales and maintain accurate records. You will you liaise with a variety of customers so previous customer facing/customer service administration roles would be advantageous.
**The Role**:
This will be a Monday to Friday position 0800am-1700pm
- Provide administrative support and assist in document management.
- Ensure efficient work scheduling and maintain high customer service standards.
- Maintain accurate records and foster strong relationships with staff and customers.
- Deliver high-quality and customer-focused services.
- Support employees, maintain company procedures, and gather data.
- Prioritise health, safety, and environmental concerns.
- Improve operational processes and respect confidentiality.
**Key Skill Requirements**:
- 2 years administration experience
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Organisational and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in PC-based systems and adaptability.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £10.62 per hour
