**_Recra has an exciting opportunity_** for an experienced Operations Administrator to join a fantastic fast-growing company with a sense of purpose, committed to developing waste management and recycling techniques with an environmental conscience.

Working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities you will be the first point of contact for the team.

The Operations Administrator will provide administrative support to Group Operations Director, Regional Operations Manager, staff, and managers in the department, including support for departmental projects and initiatives.

**Position**:Commercial Administrator - immediate start - permanent

**Duties include**:

- Assist in keeping up-to-date statistics and records of departmental activity, producing reports where appropriate in compliance with business policies and procedures.
- Provide good customer service to all parties, managing expectations sensitively and communicating clearly, regularly, and at an appropriate level, in writing, and over the telephone.
- Develop and maintain relationships with any relevant internal stakeholders as appropriate.
- Provide support for Group Operations Director, Regional Operations Manager, and other colleagues as required, including booking travel and accommodation and undertaking administrative tasks such as taking messages, scanning, expenses submission, and photocopying as required.
- Provide support for colleagues within the Department as required by taking minutes of meetings, preparing agendas and other paperwork, and ensuring they are distributed in a timely manner.
- Undertake such other duties that are required to support the smooth running of the Operations Department and are commensurate with the role of the post.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent or relevant work experience at a level demonstrating this level of ability.
- Good intellectual and analytical ability in order to develop the ability to analyze and collate information into a suitable reporting format
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to deal with a demanding workload and prioritize accordingly.
- Ensure that the highest standards of quality and customer service are achieved
- Adhere to clear procedures in order to deliver a consistent outcome
- Competent in MS Office software - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
