We are looking for an Onboarding Assistant to join our team at Head Office.

**What can we offer you?**

**The role**

As our in-house Onboarding Assistant you will be responsible for welcoming newly hired employees, assisting with the recruitment process and managing the end-end onboarding safer recruitment process.

**Duties**
- Handle general queries relating to our vacancies
- Various administrational tasks relating to the recruitment and onboarding process
- Support the Head of HR on any projects
- When required support the HR department with any adhoc tasks required
- Adhoc duties as required
- Assist with the coordination, preparation and distribution of employee documentation.

**The hours**
- Full time or Part Time Permanent role - 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9am - 5pm, with a half an hour lunchbreak each day

**The desired and required**
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Able to work to own initiative
- Proficient with various Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Comfortable working to targets
- Previous recruitment experience is ideal but not essential - however you would then ideally have a strong sales background as there is lots of phone work required
- Ability and willingness to learn
- Comfortable to adapt and be flexible with changing needs of an ever-growing business
- Ability to understand basic concepts and explain them in simple terms.
- Ability to priories and handle multiple tasks at once
- Strong team player

All applicants must have a valid manual UK/EU Driving License.
