Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is the UK’s leading mortgage intermediary. We're looking for an Onboarding Officer to join our established Onboarding team, conducting in-depth checks on Mortgage Advisers and firms joining our network to ensure they are competent and able to operate in line with regulations.


In this role, you will engage with advisers, firms and lead sources throughout the application process to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria, carrying out searches and reference checks. Working closely with key stakeholders (business owners, regional managers, individual applicants) on regulatory requirement matters, you will deliver excellent customer service and communication, answering queries and updating applicants on the status of their application, leading to a high quality experience, timely and accurate full onboarding process. With your positive, proactive attitude, you'll be represent our brand as part of our business growth and continued reputation in the industry.
