We're looking for an Onboarding Case Officer to play a key role in our Onboarding team, engaging with a range of stakeholders to welcome Mortgage Advisers and firms to operate their business as part of our brand.**

- Liaise with key stakeholders (business owners, regional managers, individual applicants) on regulatory requirement matters
- Conduct internal and external searches on all applicants
- Answer any questions from applicants in a direct and friendly manner
- Represent our brand with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Carry out all necessary referencing for all applicants
- Execute due diligence activities for all advisers
- Manage agency numbers and adviser trading documents
- Be responsible for the ongoing management of adviser agency details - processing transfers and changes in licencing authority/lender authorisations
- Maintain accurate adviser and business records internally, and with providers, throughout the adviser/business appointment

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
