CET are a leading Claims Assistance business within the UK partnering with some of the largest insurers and underwriters to provide first class customer journeys. The customer journey consists of answering a home emergency call via the CET call centre, validating and deployment of the claim via a market leading technology platform to a nationwide network of contractors.

The business answers over one million phone calls a year and completes circa 150,000 jobs within customer homes.

- ** The Role** - support the positioning of CET as the Company of choice for the very best UK Home Emergency Contractors by taking full accountability and ownership for establishing and delivering the business’s contractor network recruitment strategy.

Utilising data and MI to determine business requirements and working closely with the Regional Service Managers to ensure we have robust and effective Network coverage across all trades, at all times.

Responsible for designing, creating and delivering effective multi-channel onboarding training content to support both new and existing network contractors to ensure they have the right tools and skills to deliver on the required SLA’s / KPI’s.

**Locatio**n** - will be predominantly home based but you will be required to attend specific meetings on site at our office in Walsall and spend time in the field meeting new and existing members of our Contractor Network - this could be any location in the UK and NI.

**Salary
- **Competitive package with basic salary up to £50K (depending on on skills and experience) plus car allowance and eligibility to participate in a management discretionary annual bonus scheme

**Days/Hours of Working**:

- Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

**Annual Leave Entitlements** - 25 days plus bank holidays

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide weekly and monthly updates on performance against strategy.
- Full accountability for establishing and implementing a robust quarterly recruitment strategy.
- Delivering the network growth targets in line with demand and which delivers on client requirements and contractual SLA’s.
- Seeking out and engaging with 3rd party Contractors to sell benefits of network membership.
- Establishing new and effective recruitment methods and channels.
- Building external relationships that support recruitment strategy delivery.
- Ensuring we have in place seamless onboarding processes that minimise recruitment churn.
- Ability to design and implement industry leading training content and delivery channels.
- Ensuring our onboarding and training is delivered via channels best suited to the Contractor.
- Providing hyper care support to new Contractor’s post onboarding.

**Qualifications and Educational Requirements**
- Educated to degree level.
- Related training and or recruitment qualifications (Desirable).
- Technical / Qualified trade background i.e. Heating, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage (Desirable)
- Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office.

**Essential Skills**
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to build a strong professional network of support both internally & externally.
- Experience of working within the Insurance and/or Recruitment Industry (Desirable)
- Experience working within a Contractor or Network based business (Desirable)
- Experience in designing and delivering people, process, and system training.
- Ability to gather and interpret data to drive applicable recommendations.
- Ability to create and deliver meaningful and quality presentation material.
- Driven, determined and tenacious with good attention to detail.
- Strength to drive cultural change and strong influencing skills.
