- United Kingdom**Equans is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team in Derby on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary £28,600 with additional monetary allowances and benefits package.**

The Site Manager role will be based at Noel Baker Academy & St Martin's School within Derby.

**WHAT WILL YOU DELIVER?**
- Responsible for the day to day running and security of the site.
- Lead a team of multi-skilled caretakers to provide an exceptional service to all project stakeholders.
- Provide an effective, efficient reactive and planned maintenance service for the school. To uphold required standards outlined in the BSF Performance Management document.
- Manage Equans staff, along with all Contractors /Sub Contractors on site ensuring all Health and Safety / Equans procedures and policies are upheld.
- Ensure all site records are kept up to-date including PPMs, Work Orders, Site Log Books, Visitor/ Induction records.
- Ensure all Work Orders are closed off / updated correctly in relation to their sites.
- Undertaking general caretaking duties, which include but are not limited to porter services (i.e. deliveries, exam set-ups); reactive cleaning (bodily fluid spillages); general maintenance (changing lamps, replacement ceiling tiles); carrying out of Planned Maintenance activities (Legionnaires checks, door condition checks, light switch checks etc) working in all weathers (litter picking, gritting, leaf removal).
- Ensuring the strong performance of the Caretaking team
- Regular support to the school to enable its ability to deliver the teaching curriculum. As well as communication with school representatives.
- Undertaking and recording statutory and mandatory planned maintenance duties.
- Logging of reactive maintenance tasks on the Helpdesk.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- General caretaking experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- Able to promote good customer relationships
- Proven track record of practical maintenance skills
- Understanding of services within a building such as boilers, heating, lighting and water management
- Knowledge of Health and Safety
- Able to follow site and company policies and procedures
- Communication skills
