We are looking for a **Recruitment Administrator** to join our small friendly office team in Derby to work a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday to support the HR and Recruitment Team.

We are an independent provider of therapeutic children's residential services where we have several children's residential homes and full staffing teams to support children and young people who are healing from trauma and early childhood experiences.

We are looking for an internal **Recruitment Administrator** with previous experience in a Health and Social Care background or similar where you have dealt with the safer recruitment onboarding process of newly appointed staff, whilst facilitating the day to day running of office functions to ensure an efficient and tidy office environment is maintained.

**Here are a few of your responsibilities as our Recruitment Administrator**:

- To work closely with the Recruitment Advisor supporting with the admin function for setting up and onboarding of new starters
- To support with refreshing adverts on our internal and external job platforms and social media
- Recruitment Marketing
- Inform the Training Manager and HR Manager of new starters and leavers
- Add new starters to the fingerprint clock in system and supply them with a company ID badge
- Complete 360 safer recruitment checks for new starters
- Support the Recruitment Advisor and HR Manager with any other ad hoc recruitment/HR admin duties as necessary

**Office Admin Duties**:

- To facilitate office requirements as needed, including:

- Ensuring the office is tidy and supplies are kept up to date
- Answering the main line telephone
- Set up and facilitation of meetings and refreshments
- Recording annual leave for the office
- Ordering stationery for office and the homes
- Coordinating office/company events with the support of the HRM
- To support the Office Team with any other ad hoc admin support as necessary

**This is a great opportunity if you**:
Have previous admin experience ideally in a Health and Social Care setting, School/Education setting, Young Persons Charity for example. We are looking for motivation, creative flair for advertising and using social media platforms. You'll also need to be competent in using a IT systems and MS Packages.

**We do have an essential criteria**:

- Must be able to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Own transport essential (you may be required to visit our residential homes)
- Business Admin Qualification OR transferrable experience
- Minimum 12-months relevant experience
- Effective communication skills for building relationships and collaborating with team members
