2fawcett are recruiting for an **Administrator** to join our client based in Derby on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role & Responsibilities:

- Supporting the Sales & IT Teams with queries and problems
- Raising sales orders, purchase orders & Confirming pricing via Sage 50
- Taking in deliveries & goods receiving
- Co-ordinate the logistics for Sales Orders
- Answering incoming calls and directing to the appropriate member of staff as well as taking overflow calls from customers for the Support Team
- Completing orders & updating the systems with new equipment details
- Checking all paperwork has been completed & filed appropriately
- Ordering products through internal portal system - Xerox SAP for all print contracts
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Updating the in-house Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM database
- To assist the current office staff with general administrative duties where necessary to cover holiday periods etc.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales order & purchase ordering experience
- Have superb attention to detail and be able to identify errors
- Team player and happy to assist current office staff with general administration duties

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
