Our client delivers exceptional service, and offers comprehensive boiler breakdown assistance, plumbing, electrical services, as well as heating and boiler coverage.
Our client is actively seeking Full Time Administrator to join their team.
**Your responsibilities as the new Administrator**:
- Manage and process administrative tasks efficiently.
- Perform data entry, record keeping, and document management tasks accurately.
- Assist in generating reports, maintaining spreadsheets, and analysing data as required.
- Support various departments with administrative duties, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and effective communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and suggest innovative ideas to enhance efficiency.
**Requirements as the new Administrator**:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
**About the role**:
- Monday - Friday (40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm)
- £24,000 DOE
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
