**Lettings Assistant/Negotiator**

Proactive and organised **part-time Lettings Assistant** required for expanding established private landlord portfolio. We are looking for someone ambitious to grow with us - great opportunities for career progression.

**Duties to include (but are not limited to)**:

- Creating engaging social media posts
- Conducting routine property inspections
- Raising remedial works from inspections in Arthur
- Booking viewings
- Conducting viewings
- Auditing of property Compliance Matrix
- Ordering of office supplies
- General auditing tasks

**Required experience and skills**:

- 1 year of administrative experience in a similar role
- Creative and confident using social media platforms including Youtube, Facebook and Instagram
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organised and efficient
- Able to effectively manage own workload and prioritise tasks effectively
- Punctual
- Excellent attention to detail (able to use initiative when working alone)
- Good telephone manner
- Pro-active
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Full driving licence and own car

This is a part-time position - Monday to Friday, 25 hours of work per week. Hours of work are negotiable.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 01/04/2024
