A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our well-established, independent Estate Agency offering both Sales & Lettings services in Portsmouth. We are looking for an experienced **Lettings Administrator**. Our company has multiple highly successful offices in the Portsmouth area, and therefore needing to expand our already accomplished team.

**Lettings Administrator role**:

- Day-to-day duties will include, updating available properties, qualifying tenant enquiries, registering new leads, book and attend viewing, co-ordinating move-ins and negotiating tenancy contracts.
- Building up good rapport with clients and maintaining long term relationships.
- Maintaining records on internal databases.
- Proactively communicate with clients to maintain high service levels.
- Managing your own diary and workload.
- Comply with Estate Agency laws and regulations.

**The successful Lettings Administrator will**:

- Have previous experience in an estate agency environment in a lettings negotiator role with a proven track record.
- Be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use initiative in spotting and creating new business opportunities with the capability to cross sell business.
- Be up-to-date with market trends and have an awareness of local competition.
- Capable of building a good rapport with our clientele.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Hold a valid UK driving license.
