**Full Job Description**

We are looking for a confident & experienced office administrator to join our team and work in our office based in Clydebank.

We are a property maintenance contractor, our current contract consists of voids and reactive repairs, this role will involve fast paced decision making and updating our CRM system to schedule the trades. We also carry out work in private homes.

The working pattern is Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm with one hour of breaks per day.

The office can be very busy and you should have an excellent telephone manner and be capable of managing various tasks at the one time.

Experience in this role is essential, we are a small business made up of 2 Director's and 10 employee's. The business is growing steady and we are looking for someone who is passionate about their job. We use several subcontractors also who you will be responsible for communicating with.

This role will require you to be proficient with microsoft packages.

We have our own job management system to schedule the trades each day, full training and support will be given with this.

You should ensure that you can commute to and from Clydebank each working day.
