An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as an office assistant.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work at pace while adapting to tasks on hand and take ownership for their work.

You will be based at our Clydebank Office working with our small friendly office team, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. You will be entitled to 28 days holiday per year.

This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for servicing 5 social housing association contracts. You will be responsible for representing the MJM brand and your duties will include but is not limited to

Answering telephone queries from housing associations & their tenants

Scheduling our trades to attend & complete works orders from housing associations

Compiling reports of complete jobs

Ensure trades have completed all notes/pictures from completed jobs in order for job to be invoiced

Monitor central inbox to ensure queries are dealt with promptly

Monitor and prioritise works orders in line with their expected due dates

In order to carry out this role successfully you must be able to demonstrate that you can adapt and prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment.

We are looking for someone who has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience in the construction industry is preferred however not essential.

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
