**About The Role**:
**Paid Social Media Executive**

Be part of our dynamic team and shape the future of performance marketing The Paid Social Executive will work in the Player Marketing department and reports into the Paid Social Manager Europe.

**This role is for our Gibraltar office**

**What you will do**
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance, including impact on KPIs. E.g. FTDs, CPDs, pNGR, Conversions Rates etc. across Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit and Twitter.
- Responsible for improving performance effectiveness through campaign optimization and testing to ensure the monthly targets KPIs are hit and leverage long-term growth.
- Ideation and creative thinking required as promotions and campaigns must increase customer satisfaction and interaction.
- Identify new opportunities to scale activity. Translate them into media plans, considering previous performance and upcoming Sport events and/or Gaming Propositions around payday cycles.
- Accountable for the day-to-day Brand & Acquisition campaign management on paid social platforms, including Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit and Twitter.
- Contribute ideas & run A/B and multivariate tests across digital channels to analyze and improve performance against business KPIs.
- Ensure Paid Social campaign tracking is implemented correctly so media spend can be efficiently measured and attributed back to the relevant budget. Work alongside the conversion team to QA conversion journeys and ensure they’re fully optimized.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports. Present findings, results and recommendations on campaign strategies, target groups and creative efficiency.

**Who you are**
- Have a keen interest in paid social media as a marketing tool.
- Confident using Excel formats and numerically strong. This is required as you will be analyzing data and making decision and recommendations based on your findings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to engage and collaborate within a large organization.
- Solution focused and able to thrive in result-oriented, high paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to present ideas.
- Self-starter with proactive attitude to work.
- Demonstrated ability to think Creativity and Strategically; ability to articulate ideas clearly.
