**The Role**

Reporting to the Senior Promotions Manager, this role will cover all aspects of Casino promotions and marketing with a focus on Bonus campaign planning, marketing and analysis, as well as segmentation and customer journeys.

You will develop a clear understanding of player activity to help increase retention, cross-vertical activity, and revenue.

You will work with relevant teams across the business, such as CRM, Design, Casino Team, AM team, Ops, etc. to ensure the effective delivery, sign off and implementation of campaign creative briefs to produce solid campaigns that can be released to customers.

Whilst it would be largely beneficial if you have already worked in the Bulgarian market - it is **not essential **for the role. Fluency in the local language **is essential**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating high quality and timely campaigns that are customer centric across multiple verticals.
- Continuously analyse performance on an ongoing basis and focus on enhancing player Conversion, Retention and Reactivation.
- Help with weekly campaign reporting and commercial analysis, confidently dissecting the data, providing recommendations and key takeaways.
- Work in conjunction with the Insights team to deep dive into behaviour versus value, which will help to define our targeting and segmentation.
- Create an engaging Casino experience that is mirrored and tracked across all touchpoints and channels.
- Manage workload and relationships with core stakeholders (i.e. Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Copywriting and Design).
- Work closely with all operational teams (i.e. Customer Services and Sport Operations), answering quickly and professionally all escalated support queries.
- To work on any other reasonable task required by your manager.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Fluent in Bulgarian language
- Proven experience in marketing promotions within the Gaming industry-Casino an advantage
- Knowledge and interest of online gaming products
- Extremely organised with a passion to drive optimisation through quantitative and qualitative insight
- Enthusiastic and naturally inquisitive
- Excellent with time management and ability to multitask
- Proficient using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Proactive attitude and committed interest to the team's objectives
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Confident in communicating and presenting with core stakeholders across the business
