Do you want to lead the strategic direction and development of Rank Interactive's Affiliate channel and drive revenue growth through profitable customer acquisition?

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and lead our Affiliate channel strategy, ensuring high-quality customer acquisition for all our brands. The role involves planning and executing affiliate marketing campaigns across a portfolio of over 100 active affiliates. You will be responsible for optimising commercial agreements to drive incremental return on investment, managing relationships, and developing the affiliate program with our platform provider, Netrefer.

Reporting directly to our Director of Acquisitions, you will deliver daily, weekly, and monthly management KPIs and performance reports. Your role will also include conducting regular market research and competitive analysis to develop innovative affiliate strategies.
**Qualifications**
- Significant Gaming affiliate management experience is essential
- Ideally proficient in NetRefer or similar affiliate software solution
- Strong analytical skills
- Confident individual with excellent communication skills
- Strong sales acumen
- Strong commercial awareness and background
- Dynamic negotiator
- Strong understanding of marketing regulations and codes in the UK market
