Operations Administration Assistant

To provide administrative support to key members of the company’s business operations.
- Daily office administration duties, including, but not limited to filing, scanning and record maintenance.
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls and greeting visitors.
- Work closely with Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations.
- Act as communications relay ensuring all parties receive necessary information and that the information is accurate.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Schedule internal and external meetings and record and circulate meeting minutes.
- Ordering and taking stock of office supplies.
- Assist in the compilation of operations documentation, both internally and for client issue.
- Daily processing of workshop personnel timesheets.
- Facilitate various teams in accurate and timely data input.
- Provide cover for departments during absences/annual leave.
- Suggesting improvements and simplified methods of working, procedures, and systems through continuous improvement activities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.50-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
