Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including benefits enrollment and changes.
  • Coordinate employee inductions and onboarding processes.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports and analytics.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
