Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including ensuring accurate data is recorded in HR systems.
  • Deliver employee inductions and provide support with onboarding paperwork.
  • Amend employee terms and conditions as required.
  • Manage leaver administration, including updating HR systems and personnel files.
  • Responsible for administrating employee changes, ensuring HR systems and personnel files are up to date.
  • Monitor visa expiration dates and advise the team accordingly.
  • Draft letters and reports as required to support the HR team.
  • Assist with annual HR activities, including salary reviews and bonus schemes.
  • Support the roll-out of group HR policies and initiatives.
  • Work with the HR team to ensure up-to-date job descriptions are in place for all roles.
  • Support the HR team to ensure a consistent approach and audit readiness.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced business.
  • HR systems experience desirable.
  • Higher Grades/A-Level or equivalent, including English.
  • Interest in pursuing a formal HR qualification, such as CIPD.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to employment law and working practices.
  • Able to adapt and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Resilient and able to bounce back quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail applied to all tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload.
  • Strong IT and MS Office skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
