**The Role**:
To provide support to the HR Function, Managers and Colleagues across all HR administrative processes, focusing on the Colleague end to end life cycle, ensuring that these processes are completed in line with Hovis guidelines in terms of timeliness, quality, accuracy of information and in adherence to agreed team SLAs.

HR systems processor and approver for colleague data and first line support for HR systems (SAP HCM and Successfactors) issues.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**HR Administration**:

- Ensure adherence to SLAs at all times without compromise.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure HR Process and Policy adherence and compliance in all areas of HR Administration.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure the organisation is positioned positively and a fast, effective, efficient service delivered.
- Ensure all offer, contracts of employment and job change letters are administered in a timely way.
- Ensure all new starter information is forwarded to relevant parties for pay, training and induction purposes.
- Ensure all absence processes are administered in a timely way including maternity, paternity and sickness.
- Manage the leaver process end to end.
- Ensure through active involvement, best in class colleague induction for all roles at head office.
- Provide payroll with correct information by agreed deadlines.
- Assist the HR Function / Managers with the admin involved with the annual pay review and management incentive schemes.
- Help manage the periodic admin/communication of other employee benefits (Private Medical Insurance, Hovis Choice, Childcare Vouchers, Cycle to Work, Holiday Purchase etc).
- Support with the production of monthly HR KPI reports and any other ad hoc reporting requirements.
- To raise all Head Office HR PO requests and maintain system for logging all invoices and ensuring they are monitored and authorised by appropriate managers.
- Involvement in ad hoc administration and project work where required.

**HR Systems**:

- Final system approver and processor of all colleague data in HR systems - must ensure and maintain colleague data accuracy at all times.
- Carry out system administration tasks in Successfactors (Create positions, job codes, password resets, launching PER Forms and PER Form corrections, bulk uploads of information (minor), dynamic group assignment).*
- Carry out basic configuration tasks in Employee Central Service Centre (Ticketing System) (Categories, SLAs, Notifications, reports and broadcasts).*
- Carry out User Acceptance Testing of Configuration and Customization in SAP HCM & Successfactors where applicable and where required.
- First line support for HR system issues raised - analyse issues and propose resolutions where applicable and escalate accordingly to HR systems support when issues cannot be resolved.
- Coordinating and giving guidance in problem resolution, liaising with HR Systems support where applicable.
- Create Support Documentation on Issues for End Users and assist in training delivery and roll out where required.
- Involvement in ad hoc administration and project work where required.

**Additional**:

- Champion for HR process improvement, namely in suggesting areas for reducing transactional activity and supporting delivery of related projects in robotic process automation.
- Support and be involve in HR generalist activities (benefits, engagement, employee relations, disciplinary and grievance) when required.
