**Responsibilities**:

- Support HR processes and initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate effective communication between management and employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve HR processes and contribute to the development of HR strategies.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Adminstrator/Coordinator
- Knowledge of HR best practices, Excel, Payroll etc.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office suite.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
