About theRole
As a Talent Co-ordinatorApprentice, you’ll play a key role in our People Management team,with a primary focus on learning and development (L&D)processes and secondary support for recruitment and general HRfunctions.
You’ll provide essentialadministrative support, manage a variety of queries, andcollaborate with internal and external stakeholders. This is afantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive team, gaininghands-on experience in talent development and HR, and developing abroad range of skills to support your career in humanresources.
In this role, you will maintain ourrecruitment and learning systems, facilitate onboarding for newstarters, and contribute to creating a learning focused culture.Your focus will be on providing exceptional service, ensuring dataaccuracy, and identifying process improvements to enhanceefficiency. Working alongside L&D, HR, and Recruitment BusinessPartners, you’ll help Paradigm thrive as an employer ofchoice.
KeyResponsibilities
Learning& Development
- Coordinate internal and external training events,supporting L&D Business Partners with training logistics andparticipant communications.
- Manage mandatorytraining compliance, ensuring records are up to date and providingreminders to employees and managers.
- Updateand maintain accurate records in the Learning system, processingchanges for starters, leavers, and internal moves.
- Work with the team to maximise system capabilities,reducing administrative tasks and improving the user experience foremployees andmanagers.
Recruitment
- Support recruitmentprocesses, including managing the online recruitment system,coordinating candidate interviews, and processing employmentreferences.
- Prepare offer letters andcontracts when required and support the onboarding process toensure new employees feel welcomed andprepared.
HR GeneralistSupport
- Respondpromptly and professionally to HR-related enquiries, deliveringexcellent service to both internal and externalcontacts.
- Manage the HR inbox and answeremployee queries on topics like holiday calculations, policies, andother HR matters.
- Manage invoices and purchaseorders for the People Management team, following financialprocesses to track recruitment and L&D spendingaccurately.
Reporting& Systems Management
- Produce and interpret reports for HR and L&D to helpinform decision-making and track team performance.
- Ensure that recruitment and learning systems arewell-maintained and user-friendly for employees andmanagers.

Key Skills andExperience
- Customerfocused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideallywithin HR, Talent or a related area.
- Familiarity with HR, L&D, or recruitment systemswould be beneficial.
- High proficiency inMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managingdata.
- Ability to handle confidentialinformation responsibly and manage multiple taskseffectively.
- Analytical skills to producereports and communicate findings clearly.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a professional approachat all times.
- Willingness and ability tocomplete a Level 5 CIPD HRApprenticeship.
