**Location**: High Wycombe HP14

**Working Hours**: 42 hours per week

**Salary**:£6.60 per hour

**Position Overview**

As a Technical Support Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our technical and operational functions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in CRM management, technical support, order management, equipment configuration, and more. You will work closely with our Operations Manager, Samantha, and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creation and Management of CRM System: Assist in the development and ongoing management of our new CRM system, ensuring it meets the needs of our organisation and clients.
- Order Management: Oversee the processing of orders for our services, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Onsite Installation: Assist with the installation of telecom services at customer sites, as needed.
- Administrative Support: Support our Operations Manager, Samantha, with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Equipment Configuration and Dispatch: Configure and prepare equipment for dispatch to customers, ensuring all necessary specifications are met.
- Social Media Management: Manage our company’s social media accounts, including content creation and community engagement.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Aptitude: interest in technology, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction
