Automotive Technician Apprentice Opportunity

About the Role
Sytner BMW High Wycombe has an exciting opportunity available for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their talented team as an Apprentice Vehicle Technician. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to work on the latest cars, engines and diagnostic equipment, ultimately leading to the ability to undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on vehicles once fully qualified.
As an Apprentice Technician with Sytner, your apprenticeship training will take place over a one-year period and will comprise of classroom and workshop-based learning, including off-the-job training at the BMW Academy. You will also receive support from a mentor who will oversee the work-based learning programme.
About the Position
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in automotive vehicles and the automotive industry as a whole to develop their skills and knowledge. No prior experience is necessary, but we are looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
To be successful in this role, applicants must have or predicted to obtain GCSE Grade A-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in English, Maths and one other subject. In addition, they should be able to commit to working flexible patterns, which may include weekends, to ensure our customers receive the highest possible levels of service.
