**The role**:
Some of the initiatives covered include (but are not limited to):
**Generalist HR**: Supporting managers across the business to lead their teams with a focus on employee engagement and culture; supporting managers with continuous performance, employee relations cases, and wellbeing advice; supporting employees with their wellbeing, development and career aspirations, and benefits packages; managing the HR information system (HRIS) to gather people data and insights.

A graduate with a 2:2 or above in Human Resources Management or a related degree such as Psychology, Business Management etc.
