Location: Stirling

Robertson Facilities Management provides hard and soft FM services, grounds maintenance and energy services for single and multi-site locations throughout the UK. As a Leaning Partner you will manage and mentor the L&D Advisor and Coordinator/Administrator teams to ensure that all activity is successfully completed with regards to booking of courses and invitations to training are sent out in a timely fashion and training records are managed accurately. Partner with senior leaders to identify mandatory and core Technical training needs and recommend learning solutions to meet business requirements, considering appropriate delivery channels, partners and suppliers. Make recommendations on learning and development plans that support the development, deployment and career management of key talent populations (e.g. Early Careers)

Your new role:
**What you’ll do**:

- Act as a strategic partner to the business in providing guidance, advice and direction in the provision of a range of learning and development initiatives and projects across RFM.
- Lead the Learning & Development team providing direction and guidance in the planning, scheduling, governance, execution and reporting of all learning and development programmes.
- Ensure the maintenance of the Learning Management System and training records and ensuring training courses are arranged in line with mandatory and statutory requirements.
- Influence key stakeholders, making decisions and recommendations on what the business should do in relation to the Mandatory, Health and Safety and Technical and Development portfolios.
- Collaborate across the the Group-wide Learning function and senior business leaders in the design and delivery of development programmes, including but not limited to People Leader Programmes, skills development and key strategic initiatives as directed.
- Lead on any L&D-related elements of business projects. including TUPE transfers, linking the work you do to the context and strategic priorities of the business and measure the outcomes and impact of any learning intervention to demonstrate a return on investment.
- Work collaboratively across the business and wider HR to shape learning solutions for key talent populations such as Early Careers, leadership and management development.

**What you’ll need**:

- Previous experience working within a fast-paced Learning and Development environment
- Confident at facilitating discussions at all levels of Stakeholders within the organisation
- Knowledge of carrying out learning needs analysis with internal stakeholders so needs can be identified or research gathered for L&D requirements
- Strong problem solving, and creative thinking approaches
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload whilst considering the wider business impact
