**Salary**: £22,000 - £23,000 dependent on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00
Our client is a global organisation with products and services sold in over 100 countries. They are looking for a Data Administrator to join the UK head office based in Dunstable.
**Responsibilities Data Administrator**
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial, Sales and Rentals functions within the business
- Adhere to SAP and Data Compliance requirements to ensure data and functional integrity
- Data entry of Capital Sales, Rental Customer, Service and Spares records into SAP including related partner function mapping to support UKI customer contracts and pricing agreements
- Data entry of standard pricing for UKI Capital Sales and Rentals within the SAP system
- Complete data amendments/updates on systems
- Produce monthly reports as required by the business
- CRM Administration duties to support the UKI Commercial & Sales Teams
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and to implement changes in line with Company procedures
- Create New Accounts in SAP providing support to all Revenue Streams and Credit Applications ensuring accuracy of data is paramount
**Skills/Experience**:
- Good standard of education - minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent)
- Computer literate with previous experience of working on SAP
- Numerate with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong and effective communicator
- Demonstrates organisational skills to manage time effectively, meeting objectives and deadlines
- God working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook and Word)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint and CRM (SalesForce)
