Administrative Support Specialist

About the PositionThe successful candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, along with some experience in a customer-focused role.
- Efficiently process sales orders, adhering to established protocols.
- Timely respond to customer inquiries, providing effective support.
- Handle and log customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
- Liaise with other teams within the organisation to confirm order status and resolve customer queries.
- Contribute to key reports by providing relevant data insights.

- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in IT, ideally with a working knowledge of Microsoft office products.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and tracking outcomes.
- A systematic approach to problem-solving.
