**What you’ll do**:
We are looking for an experienced HR and Data Coordinator on an initial 12-month FTC with the potential to go permanent, to join our growing HR Team at our Daventry office. You will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative and data support across the UK business and for all local employees. This role is vital for the operational efficiency of the business and you will be involved with the day-to-day administration and coordination of all HR processes and systems.

You will ensure that data from various sources is collated, and statuses are maintained to be able to produce up-to-date, accurate and clear data for reporting and coordination, to ensure all day-to-day operations and change processes run smoothly. You will maintain quarterly internal HR KPI’S and produce a summary pack for review with the HR team and Management Team to proactively address issues identified. You will be responsible for providing relevant insights to the business following every 6 monthly pulse engagement survey

**Do you fit the profile?**
Previous experience of working in an HR team, providing administrative / coordination services, and a track record in improving systems, processes and using technology to drive operational efficiencies is essential. You will be highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential with an approachable manner. Working in HR requires you to be able to handle sensitive and confidential information. To be successful in the role you will be a self-starter, have excellent attention to detail, be able to work under your own direction and use your initiative.

Microsoft office skills are essential. Experience in managing an outsourced payroll and using SAP is preferred but not critical. Ideally educated to degree level or studying towards (an HR related qualification is preferred) or you will have equivalent experience.
