**Specific Duties**
**(General)***:
- Human Resources support: to include recruitment, onboarding, leavers, maintain personnel records and reporting within ESSs People HR Management System.-
- Provide comprehensive administration business support as required, duties may include mailbox management, finance processing, inputting, storing, and archiving of data, meeting arrangements, minute taking- Support the maintenance of IT systems, including, spreadsheets, databases and to be able to produce appropriate outputs, e.g., reports.- To work flexibly on a range of activities providing proactive support to the Senior Leadership Team- To manage a reactive workload in a responsive way to assist SLT to meet key objectives and external regulatory requirements such as Cyber Essentials and ISO 9001- Embrace new technology and support the streamlining of processes- To work methodically to priorities work and meet deadlines- Use innovative and imaginative thinking to improve identified areas across key business functions

**Organisation &**
**Communication**- Maintain a polite, courteous, and friendly manner- Maintaining correspondence with internal and external stakeholders- Organizing project folders to ensure consistency of content and format**Health & Safety**- Report immediately to the Business Director any action or inaction which compromises safety- Support and adhere to the Companys statutory duty under Health & Safety at work Act 1974 and all statutory provisions

**Other Duties**- Undertake other duties appropriate to the post that may reasonably be required from time to time- Be aware of and adhere to Executive Security Solutions policies and procedures- To positively participate in staff welfare and development programmes

**& Qualifications***:
- Live within a commutable driving distance to ESS HQ, NN11 0QB- 2+ years of experience in project management/coordination and administration- Ability to manage priorities with short deadlines in an organised manner- Experience following processes and procedures- Strong communication both written and verbal- Attention to detail- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills- Be polite, helpful, and diligent, with a can do ethos-
- Have a sound knowledge of using databases e.g. People HR- Be able to provide the highest standard in customer service and administration delivery- Be able to work without supervision and as a member of a team in a remote working setting- Be flexible and reliable to meet the role requirements- Have a calm personality with the capability of working under pressure in addition- Have a full five-year checkable work history and supply required documentation to be vetted in accordance with BS7858 Security Screening of Individuals employed in a Security Environment.

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience- Experience and knowledge of using Apple Mac products- Experience in working within a business support role with additional knowledge/qualification in HR/Finance/IT/ Marketing- Working previously within a security/events environment
