Your New Role:
To provide comprehensive HR Administration and support to the Company across all aspects of HR. We are looking for a self-confident, quick learner, with plenty of enthusiasm and a desire to make their mark.

Job Responsibility
- Creating contracts and related documentation for approval.
- Supporting the recruitment process through
- Agency Management, time sheet and related queries
- Supporting HR and management on a wide variety of people related topics and projects including support for engagement activity.
- Letter writing and note taking
- HR reporting - holidays, absence, employee survey results, employee numbers etc.
- Preparing data and HR reports for the board and management meetings
- Being the first point of contact to support managers and colleagues
- Issuing policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to keep calm in a pressurized environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels.
- Valid Driving License, own transport
- Good attention to detail
- Have previous experience working in a HR role
- Have previous experience dealing with ER cases
- Possess the ability to exercise absolute discretion and maintain strict confidentiality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
