**What will you be doing as our HR Apprentice?**

Our HR staff are highly valued for the essential contribution to the effective running of the HR department enabling us to achieve “total customer satisfaction”. The main responsibilities will include (not limited to) providing HR support to our operational sites by processing new starters, leavers, changes of employment terms & conditions, etc. on the HR system and working closely with a small and friendly team to ensure all processes are being followed.

Our HR staff are also privy to confidential information, so confidentiality in the work they do is paramount.

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 08.30am and 17.00pm.

**What makes you our ideal HR Apprentice?**

We are looking for a talented individual who shares a passion for Human Resources. You will have the opportunity to build a deep knowledge of HR related matters and working with systems such as Cascade HR and time & attendance software packages as well as Microsoft Office Packages.

You will need to demonstrate great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and be a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

A current undergraduate studying a degree relating to the Human Resources function or someone who has a genuine interest in growing their career within Human Resources
