- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems
- Conduct data entry and generate reports using HRIS software

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources role
- Proficient in using HRIS systems (Workday, PeopleSoft) and Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
