**Salary**:£22k (dependent on experience), OTE £24k
**Contract**:Permanent, Full Time, or Part Time

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic customer service administrator to join our passionate and dedicated team in Eastleigh

**About Us**:
Classic Folios has been established for over 24 years. We started out as a company creating and selling prestigious leather folios for sports and performance vehicles personalised with engraved plates. We still do this and take pleasure in the amount ofsales we get just through enthusiasts buying cars with a folio and wanting them for their own companies.

However, we have advanced considerably from our beginnings now creating homeowner manuals for the UKs leading developers. We have a team of editors that write bespoke content for developers which can then be displayed either printed in a leather folio oron our homebuyer’s portal, Spaciable, which gives the new house owner all the information they need about their new home.
**Customer Service Administrator - The Role**:
We now need someone to join our dexterous team of Customer Service administrators to assist in looking after our developers and ensuring all processes run like clockwork. The role can be flexible regarding hours and needs a happy positive outlook to enjoythe banter and camaraderie in the team. We work together to get things done. Nothing is a problem it is just a challenge for the team to resolve together.

**Customer Service Administrator - What we need from you**

**You’ll have experience of**:

- A Customer service administrator Role (within the building industry would be an advantage, but not a prerequisite).
- Handling queries, issues and deadline pressures, responding well when challenges present themselves
- Acting as an ambassador both internally and externally providing written and verbal reports with high degrees of accuracy

**Your skill set**:

- Ability to learn and retain in house systems and processes
- Flexibility; able to adapt to customer needs with a focus on the solution not the problem
- Approachable and trustworthy, building rapport with clients
