Due to recent success and expansion a family run, new build property company are looking for a an additional administrator to join the successful project management team. With excellent staff retention, this is a excellent opportunity to join the constructionand property development sector in a caring and nurturing company.

**What you'll be doing**

You'll be working within the project team to assist with the multiple projects taking place across the business.
With around 20 projects on the go, your role will be busy and varied with lots of communication to support the Project Control team. Please note project experience isn't necessary for this role.
- Assist the controls manager with plans
- Distribute relevant documentation to the team
- Liaise with internal and external contacts for a variety of information
- Keep filing up to date

**About you**
- You'll need to have excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
- Proficient on all Microsoft packages
- An excellent communicator, comfortable with having conversations at all levels
- Be hardworking and methodical
- A multi-tasker and use initiative
- Enjoy being part of a wider team
- Want to be in a culture where people take a priority
