**A bit about us**

We take a lot of care over looking at the individual’s needs in detail and taking care to match them with the best-suited tutor for them.

You will be paired up with the most appropriate students near to you based on our proven matching system.

Before you start with the student, you will have very detailed information from our referral forms about all their particular needs, their interests etc and all relevant info from their EHCP, so you can be well prepared before you start. We also offer continual support throughout.

**The Role**:
We are recruiting for tutors experienced in supporting students with Special Educational Needs, including the following:

- Dyslexia
- Dyscalculia
- Autism
- PDA
- ADHD
- Developmental delays, including global delay and speech and language delays
- SEMH needs

**Pay rates**

£23-£25/hr for one-to-one sessions. Slightly higher rates for any small group sessions.
