About Tradewind Recruitment:

We are seeking a committed Special Needs Educational Assistant to provide exceptional support to students with SEND in various educational settings.

Our mission is to ensure that every child has the opportunity to excel both academically and personally, and we are looking for a compassionate individual to help us realize this goal.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored support and encouragement to students with varying needs.
  • Assist in the execution of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Personalised Education Plans (PEPs).
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies in accordance with school policies and individual plans.
  • Motivate and inspire students to engage with their learning.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SEN Coordinators, and families to foster student development.

Qualifications:
  • Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS Disclosure and complete necessary reference checks.
  • CV should ideally reflect the last decade of employment history.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday during school hours.
